CCNSG Safety Passport Renewal

Is this qualification for me?

The CCNSG Safety Passport, accredited by the ECITB aims to provide workers with the knowledge and safety skills to employ safe working practices on sites.

The CCNSG (Client Contractor National Safety Group) Safety Passport is the engineering construction industry safety card. Workers must have a valid CCNSG Safety Passport to enter many engineering and construction sites.

Learners who already hold an ACE card, will receive a combined CCNSG/ACE card.

Learners can only undertake the one day renewal course if they hold a CCNSG Safety Passport that has not yet expired.

The CCNSG Safety Passport needs renewing every three years.

What does the qualification cover?

  • Overview of Health and Safety framework in the UK

How long will it take me?

The qualification is designed to take one full day to complete, when delivered face to face. There is an option to take the test only route, but learners must understand that there is no prior teaching and that they undertake the test at their own risk.
