The Level 2 Award in Understanding the PREVENT and Safeguarding Strategies qualification is aimed at everyone who has a responsibility to help safeguard young people and help to prevent their radicalisation.
The qualification demonstrates that individuals understand the purpose of the Prevent Strategy and radicalisation, helping to safeguard children and young people.
What does the qualification cover?

- Radicalisation awareness
- Safeguarding Children and Young People
How long will it take me?
The qualification is designed to last one full day, when delivered face to face. You are also able to undertake this qualification online.
During the current Covid-19 pandemic this course is only available for online study.
